The Executive has completed a comparison of our 1980 Memorandum of Association and By-laws against a generic template provided by the Registrar of Joint Stocks. The updated draft documents are below for your review.
Please review these documents before our Annual General Meeting on Saturday, August 22, 2026. We will discuss as a group at that time. If you need to file your vote by proxy, please email the Executive at contact@sherwoodforestloa.com.
Once approved by the membership, the secretary will forward the documents to the Registrar of Joint Stocks for their review. The Registrar will either provide feedback or grant final approval—at which point the updated MOA and By-laws become enforceable.
